Greg Hasting
Attorney & Founder
I'm an estate planning attorney dedicated to helping Arkansas families protect their legacies. With experience in estate planning strategies and family law, I provide practical solutions to create customized plans that bring peace of mind.
I earned a double major in Economics and Music from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, followed by a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, where I focused on estate planning strategies. I later earned my law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, with a concentration in business law.
My experience as a family law attorney taught me the importance of truly listening to clients, understanding their concerns, and helping them make thoughtful decisions about their future. This background allows me to create personalized plans that address families' unique needs and long-term goals.
I started Ozark Trust & Estate because I believe a solid estate plan is one of the best ways to make sure your loved ones are cared for during an already difficult time. I do this work to help people ensure their wishes are clearly carried out, their families are supported the way they intended, and their hard-earned assets stay where they belong — with the people they care about, not lost to unnecessary court costs or taxes.
As a Bella Vista resident, I'm proud to serve my neighbors throughout Northwest Arkansas. When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my wife, our daughter, and our two dogs, Ace and Biscuit. I also enjoy playing golf, firing up my smoker, and performing music with friends.
Kelly Hasting
Client Services & Operations
Kelly supports Ozark Trust & Estate by assisting with scheduling, communication, and day-to-day client services. She brings a strong background in education and science, holding degrees in Psychology and Chemistry, as well as a Master's in Teaching Science from Western Governors University.
Before joining the firm, Kelly taught junior high science and coached cheer and dance at Grimsley Junior High in Centerton. Her background as a teacher makes her a natural at working with people — she's organized, approachable, and skilled at helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the estate planning process.
